Customs and Import Policy
Our products are shipped from Türkiye. For international shipments, any customs duties, import taxes, and other customs-related charges imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the buyer.
Customs duty is applied at a rate of 13% of the product value. This fee is not included in the product price and is the customer's responsibility, along with any other customs or import costs that may arise during the order process.
Customs duties and import procedures may vary according to the customs regulations of the destination country. Additional fees resulting from customs processing may be collected from the buyer upon delivery.
In Case of Return
If the product is returned for any reason, the customs duties and import costs already paid are non-refundable. Since these fees have been paid to the relevant country's customs authorities or the carrier, we are unable to refund them.
We recommend checking the customs and import regulations of your country before placing an order.

Returns & Refunds
You may submit a return request within 14 days of receiving the product.
Return conditions:
The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
The product tag must remain attached.
It must be sent along with the invoice or order number.

The refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after the product reaches us and undergoes inspection.

All orders are shipped with free delivery.
Orders are delivered within 5–10 business days of payment confirmation. Delivery times may be extended during peak periods (such as promotional campaigns or holidays).
Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be sent to your registered email address. You can track your shipment via the shipping company's website.
